SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping charges are auto-calculated by USPS in checkout and are sent using First Class Mail. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. For our friends outside the USA, please email us at hello@fashionistapet.com to place your order. We will calculate the international shipping charge and notify you for your approval.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Cute Sophia's biggest goal is to serve her fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better, including exchanging your product for one of equivalent value, or extending store credit equal to the value of the returned product. Please note: Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs on returns, which includes shipping any item back to us, and the shipping of a reorder. Refunds are not available at this time.
